the body’s subtle energy systems—chakras, meridians, auric field, and cellular memory—
supports natural healing and energetic harmony.
Drawing on techniques used by energy medicine practitioners around the world, this session may
involve:

What to Expect in a Session

Initial Consultation (10–15 minutes):
We begin with a brief intake, either in person or over the phone, where you can share what’s
currently showing up in your life—physically, emotionally, or energetically. This helps guide the
focus of the session.
Energetic Clearing Process (30–40 minutes):
While you relax (seated or lying down), I intuitively and energetically scan your field. Using a
combination of intention, visualization, and guided techniques, I work to release stagnant or
disruptive energies and bring your system back into balance. You may feel sensations such as
warmth, tingling, emotional release, or a deep sense of peace.
Integration & Support (10–15 minutes):
After the clearing, we discuss any insights or impressions that came up. I provide personalized
guidance on energetic hygiene, grounding practices, or tools for daily protection—empowering
you to maintain the balance and clarity gained during the session.
